Vannessa, Tina, Ashely, and Meghan of 1000-lb Best Friends are real-life besties who have been through it all together. Look back at some of their most unforgettable moments!

Bungee Fitness

We love seeing these best friends have a ball together, especially when they're trying something new. They worked up a sweat during a bungee workout class, focusing on both health and fun. However, balancing with the harness proved to be a bit tricky.

Another Shot at Friendship

Vannessa and Tina had a spat during their getaway with the girls. Later on, they met up to hash everything out and communicate their feelings. Once they made up, they decided to do a wheatgrass shot together to show their commitment to being healthier and to solidify their repaired friendship. However, the shot itself shook the ladies to their core.

Sexy Time

When the best friends heard that Meghan was having confidence and intimacy issues, they planned a visit to an adult shop. From the outfits to the toys, their exploration of the store had us in stitches.

Gym Buddies

Ashely booked a workout class for the crew, but it wasn't quite what they were expecting. With multiple stations, including a massive tire roll and battle ropes, the unconventional workout pushed all of the women. Although it was tough, they were happy to be out of their comfort zones — and they were also proud of what their bodies were capable of!

Beach Besties

The ladies visited Panama City Beach and faced their fears. They worried about wearing swimsuits in public and making their way through the sand — but in the end, they all took a refreshing dip in the water! It was such a freeing moment for the best friends.

Support System

Vannessa got approved for beriatric surgery! Her best friends came over for support the evening she planned to tell her sister, Jackie, the news. Vannessa's relationship with Jackie had been strained since she moved away, but with motivation from the ladies, she was able to talk to her sister one on one and patch things up.

Ride or Die Since Jr. High

The best friends attended their high school reunion, but Meghan took one look at her ex (who had hurt her in the past) and wanted to leave. Vannessa told her to have a conversation with him so she could finally get all the negative feelings off her chest. Once she did, Meghan was able to turn the night around! The ladies had an absolute blast together and talked about starting their next chapters.

We can't wait to see what else these besties will get into!
