Scott

New addition Scott comes to Dr. Procter weighing 596 pounds and faces an almost insurmountable challenge to lose enough weight for surgery approval. Will he be able to reach all of his goals?

Tina

New addition Tina is on her own weight loss journey, but begins to second-guess her decisions. Will complications with her food addiction derail her progress?

Meghan

Three years after surgery, Meghan is working towards her own goals. She finds it difficult to support Vannessa following her major weight loss and this creates distance between them. Vannessa's continued celebration begins to affect Meghan and their friendship.

Ashely

Ashely is living her best life and focusing on her health after her second surgery! However, her friendship with Vannessa is also in jeopardy. Like Meghan, Ashely views Vannessa's weight loss revelry as gloating, making it hard to connect with her. Will the best friends be able to find common ground at Dr. Procter's bariatric support group?

Vannessa

Vannessa continues to hold out hope that she will be approved for skin removal surgery after her transformative weight loss this past year. Although she's thrilled with her progress, she believes her friends are jealous of her success. Will the best friends be able to repair their 30+ year friendship? Stay tuned to find out!
