After her gender reveal video went viral and months of posting adorable bump pictures to her Instagram, Kate Hudson is ready to share her new baby girl with the world. Just like her mom, little Ranni Rose is beautiful.

"Our little rosebud," Hudson captioned the snapshot that shows the sleeping newborn wrapped in a hospital blanket and sporting a tiny hat with a bow.

According to the now mom-of-three, she and boyfriend Danny Fujikawa came up with Rani Rose’s name as tribute to Fujikawa’s late father.

"We have decided to name our daughter Rani (pronounced Ronnie) after her grandfather, Ron Fujikawa. Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly. To name her after him is an honor," Hudson wrote in an Instagram post announcing her daughter's arrival and name,” she captioned the photo of Rani’s birth announcement. Fujikawa’s father, Ron, died in October 2012.

She continued, “Everyone is doing well and happy as can be. Our family thanks you for all the love and blessings that have been sent our way and we send ours right back.”

While Rani Rose is 39-year-old actress’ first girl, she is also mom to 14-year-old Ryder Russell and 6-year-old Bingham Hawn.

Both boys were featured in the gender reveal video and Kate’s announcement that she was pregnant back in March.

"SURPRISE!!! If you've wondered why I've been so absent on my social channels it's because I have never been more sick!" Hudson, captioned the video.

Throughout her pregnancy, Hudson has posted tons of pictures of her growing bump as she rocked bikinis and workout clothes. In one yoga inspired picture, she wrote “Visualizing and connecting to a healthy birth and my first filthy dirty martini.” Now that her babe has arrived, here’s hoping she got to enjoy the dirty martini.
