The Waldrop Sextuplets are FINALLY Home! Meet Them Here!
These six bundles of joy join their mom, dad, and three older brothers at home!
On Dec. 11, 2017, the first sextuplets delivered in Alabama since 2011 were born to proud parents Eric and Courtney Waldrop. Now, Blu, Layke, Rawlings, Rayne, Tag, and Rivers Waldrop are all finally joining mom, dad, and their three older brothers at home!
Ashley Sargent/Huntsville Hospital
The fraternal sextuplets - three boys and three girls - are reunited after having to stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children following their birth. Interestingly, the day all 6 babies were able to come home would have been the typical due date for mom Courtney if she were only pregnant with one baby. However, as typically happens with multiples, the Waldrops were born at just under 30 weeks' gestation.
Courtney and Eric think their sons Sailor, 9, Wells, 6, and Bridge, 6, are adjusting fantastically to their new brothers and sisters.
Waldrop Family
TLC will feature the Waldrop family in new series Sweet Home Sextuplets, premiering Tuesday, September 18th at 10/9c. Part of the show was filmed at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children and will follow the Waldrop's life-changing journey every step of the way - from Courtney's high-risk pregnancy to how they'll adjust to a family of 11.
We can't wait to get to know this family more! In the meantime, like TLC and TLCme on Facebook for all the updates you need.
