Tammy began to struggle a bit with the process. Not only did she have a difficult conversation with her therapist and gain 10 pounds, but she also learned that the family's beloved dog, Little Bit, passed away. Amy tried to console her over video chat, but Tammy felt the distance more than ever.
Meanwhile, Amy was making an effort to eat healthier because of her high-risk pregnancy. Unfortunately, a slice of pizza gave her horrible indigestion and led to a trip to the emergency room.
Misty and Amanda informed Tammy that her home had been robbed while she was in rehab. Luckily, Tammy was focused on staying positive. She hoped that whoever broke in actually needed those belongings, and she choose to view it as a fresh start for after rehab.
