Ready-to-Serve Spritzes Are the Drink of the Summer
Add ice and enjoy!
Dimensions
Spritz cocktails aren't new but the latest premade options mean you can skip the cocktail shaker and just add ice. Here are a few of our favorites for the summertime.
Aperol Spritz Ready to Serve
An Aperol Spritz has been the go-to Italian aperitif since Aperol's creation in Padova, Italy in 1919. Now, there's no need to worry about your bartending skills thanks to their pre-made version that's available in packs of three (20cl per bottle and 9% ABV).
You'll get the same bittersweet taste (still a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation) thanks to 37% Aperol plus sparkling wine and carbonate water.
Via Carota Negroni Sbagliato
Popular restaurant Via Carota created Via Carota Craft Cocktails so their vibe could expand beyond New York City. The attractive bottles (repurpose as a vase!) contain a variety of cocktail options, but we're here for the citrus and herbaceous combo of the Negroni Sbagliato.
Maybe House of the Dragon's Emma D'Arcy has something to do with its popularity!
The Sbagliato was created at Milan's legendary Bar Basso in the 1970s and is made with sparkling wine instead of gin, a great alternative to the traditional Negroni.
Straightaway Cocktails Apicco Spritz
Thanks to a combination of sparkling Pinot Gris and Muscat plus house-made bitter orange amaro, this 13% ABV can is easy to drink. Tasting notes of orange blossom and honey make this a great option for a beginner spritz drinker.
Alcohol-Free Spritz
ISH Spritz is an alcohol-free cocktail with only seven grams of sugar. Spritz fans can expect the same combination of bitterness and fresh citrus that you'd find in the original cocktail.
French gentian root and quassia bark bring the bitterness while natural flavor from Italian mandarins, orange and lemon provide the tangy freshness.
