Look Back at Little People, Big World from the Very Beginning

Life changes, cool adventures, and new family members! Reminisce on all of the best Little People, Big World moments from the first season to now.

You can feel Amy's upbeat attitude through this throwback pic from the first season of Little People, Big World.

Matt spoke to schools about his dwarfism and other personal experiences.

Zach loved soccer from an early age!

After failing a few times, Zach aced his permit test and he was ready to hit the road! Matt called Amy to share the news.

Happy Mother's Day to Amy! Matt and the kids treated her to a lovely breakfast buffet.

The Roloffs vacationed in Hawaii for the first time. The snorkeled, swam, rode jet skis, and surfed.

Every year, Roloff Farms' pumpkin season led up to another festive celebration: Halloween! Matt had this silly mask on hand.

Amy and Matt were asked to give a motivational speech in Nashville, Tennessee.

Zach met a girl named Tori, who helped out on the farm during pumpkin season. They began spending more time together and soon, Tori became Zach's first girlfriend.

The Roloffs took a fun family trip to Australia. The kids climbed Sydney's Harbour Bridge while Matt and Amy watched from below.

Matt and Amy reviewed plans for a new wedding business they were starting on the property.

Feeling restless, Amy set a goal to climb Mount St. Helens. She and Zach trained on trails and were able to reach the top together. It was a great bonding experience for both mom and son.

Zach popped the question! He and Tori were so excited to be engaged and they were ready to begin the next chapter of their lives together.

After separating for a while, Amy and Matt decided to get a divorce. Amy broke the news to the kids. Although it would be a significant change, the Roloffs were still in it together.

Amid their divorce, Matt and Amy took the family on a trip to Hawaii. It was just the fun adventure that everyone needed.

Amy let out her rebellious side and got a meaningful tattoo on her shoulder blade. It was definitely worth the pain!

Zach was by Matt's side when he woke up from spinal surgery. Even though Matt was in the hospital, he was in good spirits and cracked jokes.

Amy had a fun afternoon by the pool with friends, new and old. She met a name named Chris at a previous event and she was happy to see him again at her pool party. He asked her if she wanted to take a ride on his motorcycle and she agreed!

The beginning of a beautiful connection.

Speaking of connections, Matt made one of his own with Caryn, the manager of Roloff Farms. The two began dating and they were excited to see where things would go.

Baby on the way! Zach and Tori announced their pregnancy to their family and friends.

Welcome to the world, Jackson Roloff. Zach and Tori were thrilled to be first-time parents.

How adorable is Jackson? Zach and Tori adapted to parenthood so seamlessly.

Amy and Chris were dating for a while and went on tons of adventures together. No matter what they did, they enjoyed their time together.

Jackson turned 1! Zach and Tori threw him a party to celebrate with all of their loved ones.

Zach and Tori were expecting their second child, a baby girl. Matt wanted to make the farm even more special for his grandkids, so he built Jackson a playhouse shaped like an airplane.

Chris proposed to Amy with the most beautiful heart-shaped ring.

Zach and Tori's second child, Lilah, was born. What a sweet baby girl!

Matt met his granddaughter for the first time.

Amy and Chris found a new home to move into. It was an exctiting time, but Amy struggled with going through her belongings and emptying out her home on the property.

During the pandemic, Zach and Tori had more time to focus on their kids than ever. Jackson was acing his potty training and learned so many new words. Meanwhile, Lilah enjoyed her extra time story time.

Matt surprised Caryn with new plans for her backyard deck. Building was Matt's passion and although Caryn ditched his Koi pond idea, she loved that Matt was so excited to create something for her.

Amy went wedding dress shopping to find her dream gown.

Lilah worked on her skateboarding skills.

Amy and Chris got married on Saturday, August 28, 2021. They tied the knot of Roloff Farms surrounded by family and friends! Here's their signature drink recipe from the big day.

It was Matt's dream for his kids to take over Roloff Farms. However, his negotiations with Zach for the North side of the farm fell through and led to a falling out. Some time later, Zach and Tori brought their kids to the farm to announce that they were moving to Battleground, Washington. The friction between the family only got worse.

Amy and Chris invited Matt and Caryn over for dinner. Matt and Chris had quite the budding bromance going on!

Chris volunteered as a wagon tour guide during pumpkin season and Amy showed up to cheer him on — literally.

The Roloffs got together to celebrate Lilah's 2nd birthday!

Jackson underwent surgery to help correct the bowing on his legs. He was a trooper, but his recovery took some work. He didn't feel very motivated to practice walking.

Matt made the diffiuclt decision to put part of the farm up for sale.

Zach and Tori welcomed their third child together, a baby boy named Josiah!

After Josiah's birth, Zach and Tori hit a rough patch. There was so much going on in their lives, so they decided to dedicate more time to working on their relationship.

Lilah was expanding her vocabulary by the day. She even learned to give a thumbs up.

Zach and Tori took the kids on an RV trip, and Amy and Chris joined in on the fun. Jackson was living his best life kayaking with dad.

Lilah, however, was not a fan of the splashing.

Matt didn't receive any acceptable offers on the farmland he put up for sale. As a plan B, he spruced up the old family home and decided to rent it out instead.

Things were going great for Matt and Caryn, and he even alluded to a proposal after their next pumpkin season. And so, Matt popped the question to Caryn!

We can't wait to see what's next for the Roloff family!
