Woman’s Friends Throw Her The Most Empowering Divorce Party & Even Wore Their Wedding Dresses
Because there are some positives that come with divorce.
In 1983 Jimmy Ruffin asked "What Becomes of the Broken Hearted?"...well Mr. Ruffin, some of us are lucky enough to have the best friends a girl could ask for who throw her a divorce celebration while wearing their wedding gowns. That's at least what Nicole Niesner did to celebrate her divorce becoming official, after being married for 13 years. Nicole told Love What Matters ""I had three choices: live it like every other day, cry and be miserable all day, or celebrate a new beginning, a second chance, I decided I wanted to celebrate and acknowledge the day."

Nicole had mentioned this idea to her friend who then took it from there and all Nicole knew was to be home by 6:30p.m. Little did she know her gal pals would be showing up in their wedding day's finest....

Each lady showed up in her wedding dress, bottle of wine in hand and empowerment in her step.

Nicole told CafeMom she was so excited "I went into my storage room and dug my dress out." Adding that she felt "So happy. I felt so loved." The party lifted Nicole spirits and one of her friends, Eoanna Tatoulis was also going through a separation, who told CafeMom "The party was amazing, I came here crying from everything in my life, but by the end of the night we were all laughing and smiling -- It was amazing! I knew we would both be alright in life!"
May Nicole's party bring empowerment to other's going through a similar life change and the courage to be strong and positive, as she stated: "We are showing people that we can all still remain positive and not to focus on the negative that divorce can bring. We are empowering people with positivity and the value of strong friendships." Proving that girlfriends are the best people to lean on...just call on me sister...when you need a friend!

Throughout our lives we all go through highs and lows, and your true friends show up when you're at your lowest of lows -- and we're so happy these gals showed up, and in true fashion.
