The Fourth of July is the perfect excuse to get away with family and explore a new locale. Whether your crew loves the outdoors or prefers the hustle of a city, we’ve rounded up some getaway options that will satisfy any kind of traveler. The main thing they all have in common? Fireworks displays, of course! Check out the options below, and have a safe and happy Fourth!
Yellowstone National Park
Celebrate the Fourth outdoors in Yellowstone National Park. In addition to outdoor activities in downtown west Yellowstone and nearby Bozeman, Montana, both locations host stunning fireworks shows. For a fully immersive Fourth of July experience, take the family glamping at Under Canvas. The campsite, which is located near Yellowstone National Park, will set up face painting, a s’mores bar and host competitive game nights for guests.
Orlando, Florida
If you have kids, Disney World is always a top choice. Check out the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort, which is situated on a gorgeous lake and offers tennis, beach volleyball and swimming pools that are sure to keep the entire family entertained. Epcot’s firework display can be viewed from the on-property bridge as well as select guest rooms.
