She’s the voice behind “Frozen’s” Princess Anna and hilariously honesty about parenting young kids. So, when Kristen Bell revealed her brilliant way of using the animated film to get her kids to listen, she had us singing the “Frozen” songs all over again.

The 39-year-old mom of two opened up about how Elsa and Anna are helping her girls, Lincoln and Delta, make good choices.

“I will go like, ‘Well, Elsa would have never said that to Anna,'” Bell told People Magazine. “I’ll go, ‘What do you think Anna and Elsa would do about wanting to share this toy?'”

Brilliant—we love every part of this. If “Frozen” makes your life a little easier, then go for it, moms!

However, though most of the world became instant fans of the original movie, Bell said her two kids were indifferent.

“When they first saw ‘Frozen’ they liked it, but didn’t love it,” she said. “And I find that so funny because I think it’s in your DNA to reject your parents.”

Rejection or not, the girls take Anna and Elsa’s lead, which makes parenting a lot easier for Bell. So, the next time your kids get into a squabble or need a little cooling off, try the star’s parenting tip and see if Elsa and Anna can work a little magic in your home, too.
