Plan Your Sunday Reset Day
It’s time you take a step back and focus on recentering yourself after a long, busy week. Every Sunday, I like to have a "reset day" when I can slow down and focus on myself. Stay active, practice self-care, and clear your mind from last week’s stressors. This routine will help you feel your best and prepare you for a brand-new week!
Go for a Long Walk
Get your steps in early on in the day so you can focus on relaxing later. Pick a scenic spot to walk, whether it’s a local park, your favorite trail, or by the beach and soak up the early morning sun. It’s a great way to clear your mind and mentally prepare for the week ahead. These cushiony Hokas are my go-to sneakers for long walks around New York City!

Screens Off, Music On
You may be looking at screens all week long, so here's a great opportunity to cut down on your screen time — and the distractions that come with it. Instead, pop on your favorite playlist or shuffle through some new music you’ve never heard before. Music is known to reduce anxiety, boost your mood, and even improve your sleep quality.
Treat Yourself!
Craving that iced latte you haven’t had in a while? Maybe you saw the most delicious cinnamon bun sitting in a bakery window. Your Sunday reset day is the best time to enjoy a treat you’ve been holding off on.
Get Creative
Activate the right side of your brain with a fun project that sparks your creativity! Paint a portrait, take a pottery class, or head to the craft store for candle making supplies — the choice is yours. If you’re looking for a unique craft, try out Doodle Hog’s polymer clay earring making kit. You’ll have a blast creating something all your own and best of all, you can wear it around after.

Sit, Watch, & Unwind
Catch up on your favorite shows or watch that new movie you’ve been waiting to see. Your Sunday reset day is all about you, so why not indulge in your favorite content? Watch solo, with your partner, or throw a watch party with some friends! Click through Max for a huge library of options.
Dry Brush
Dry brushing is said to unclog your pores and detox the skin. It increases blood circulation and encourages lymphatic drainage. Dry brushing feels invigorating and I love doing this before I hop in the shower. Try to brush towards your heart and use a dry brush with a handle like this one for better reach.

Have an "Everything Shower"
What’s an everything shower? Why, it’s the ultimate pampering session! Wash your hair, deep condition, exfoliate (if you opted out of dry brushing), shave if you’d like, and moisturize with your favorite lotion or body oil. Afterward, you’ll feel so fresh and relaxed — the perfect way to start your week. I love using Tree Hut scrubs, shave oils, and body butters during my everything showers.
Enjoy a Facial
You deserve to feel your best, so it’s time to give your face some extra attention. Go to a trusted facialist in your town or create your own spa right at home in your bathroom. This Claudalie detox face mask is so luxurious and it has a major following among skincare enthusiasts.
