Avocado and Green Pea Guacamole

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe avocados (pits and skins removed)
- 1/3 cup green peas (cooked)
- 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine avocados, peas, lime juice, onions, garlic, and cilantro
- Season with salt and pepper and mash with a fork or puree in a food processor until desired consistency
- Serve with fresh-cut veggies
